Equality 2025's work on Employment and benefits

Equality 2025's work on Employment and benefits

What is Equality 2025 doing?

Members have given talks on Equality 2025 to government departments involved in policy making concerning benefits, employment and skills.

Equality 2025 members have written a paper for the Department of Work and Pensions on benefits reform.

We have also sought to work with and influence the review of supported employment provision and will be engaging in the forthcoming public consultation.

Members who are currently/actively involved in this area of work are: Steve Scott (Convenor), Fiona Wallace, Sarah Newman, Andy Rickell, Clenton Farquharson, David McCormick and Prabhat Barot.

If you would like to suggest an idea or make a comment to central Government about the above, or if you would like to talk about other employment or benefits issues that you think the Government could do something about, please contact us: info@equality2025.org
