Top tips on disability equality to help you ensure your communications are effective

 
Tip1.
Understand why disability matters. If you lead a team or contract agencies to deliver, make sure they understand too.
Tip 2.
Understand what your organisation says in its accessibility / inclusivity policy.
Tip 3.
Understand the basics of the Disability Discrimination Act and know where to go for further information.
Tip 4.
